Part 3 – Extracurricular activities at International Schools

When it comes to applying for universities, the biggest question is “How do you stand out?”. Besides being excellent in academics, students also need to demonstrate leadership skills, communication skills and present themselves as a well-rounded candidate, which can be achieved through sports, arts, and student groups. Perhaps even more importantly, by being part of an extracurricular activity, students have a chance to discover their strengths and weaknesses, their passions and to learn valuable lessons about perseverance, grit, determination, teamwork and creativity.
