English Language Arts
Everest Education’s English Language Arts (ELA) Program bridges conversational English and academic English proficiency. Students learn how to read with critical thinking, write essays with persuasion, and communicate confidently in a native English environment. Using the US Common Core curriculum, we help students build foundational literacy skills that prepare them for success in international and bilingual school settings.
Basecamp English
An advanced language development program
For students from grades 2 to 3
Basecamp program is the bridge between conversational English and academic English, where students immerse in English through Science, Geography, Social Studies, and History.
Students of Basecamp classes can apply academic skills to the Writing Process from brainstorming to publishing, and build the 4Cs: Communication, Collaboration, Creativity, and Critical thinking.
Foundation English
Develop literacy skills to study alongside native English speakers
For students from grades 4 to 5
Foundation program uses the same assessments applied in the U.S. education system, where students learn active reading and clearer writing in English.
Students of Foundation classes can apply academic skills to the Writing Process from brainstorming to publishing by immersing in English through Science, Geography, Social Studies, and History
Singapore Math
At Everest Education, we are one of the first using Singapore Math system, which has proven to be especially effective for young students – the CPA (Concrete – Pictorial – Abstract) method. Students learn to reason logically, solve complex problems, and apply math confidently in real-world situations. Classes are taught in English to strengthen both math and academic language skills.
Foundation Math
Apply the #1 math system in the world in teaching and learning
For students from Grades 2 to 5
The program helps students build a solid math foundation in English, and instill a love of learning math. Students of Singapore Math classes not only understand “how”, but also “why” Math works.
Foundation classes equip students with number fluency, critical reasoning and early problem-solving skills.
Tutoring
Custom learning for custom goals
For students from Grades 2 to 12
Tutoring program is the academic and life coaching program for students with specific needs. The program provides flexible schedule, customized curriculum and learning plans for most academic subjects.
